		<description>The United States would not reduce its carbon emmission by downing its economy becase it sustained its stability by impression USA. As a world leading developed country, it should lead the way to reduce carbon emmission which cause natural disaster to the people. US accepted it multicultural patten and humanitarian affairs but it would be its own people not others. Obama can not do alone himslef becasue he was only a doll in the political stage of the States.</description>
