I really enjoyed this film and felt it was great action, good storyline and quite interesting. His hard work has truly made The Mechanic (2011) rise beyond from the print shop and too new great heights. A solid action movie. A chance for redemption comes in the form of Harry's son Steve (Ben Foster), who gets taken in by Bishop and trained in the ways of his world, where every man has a price on his head, and only with meticulous planning in crafting a hit comes the opportunity to benefit. I blame the Writers/ Producers and the Studio's for putting out yet another Predictable BS Movie, without much of a plot - other than a lot of fast talking, a lot of Wham - Bam blow things up as usual, lousy special effects, and the outright Ruining of an Original Film - this is why Hollywood is losing its Luster and Credibility, because of these Young Braindead Writers / Directors who can't be Original with anything they do, they have to "Copy-Cat", off somebody elses work , because their Braindead morons ~!!!!!!. Foster proved with his remarkable performance in 3:10 to Yuma that he can do the eerie, menacing type, complete with charisma and flair, however here his quiet craziness lacks the same gravitas. It's a non- stop action film with a few goofs and a script with holes big enough to drive a bus through.

The story is a typical story of hit men being hired by corporate snobs to take each other out only to find that the stories they have been told MAY have been the same type of lies they feed to the public on a daily basis. There isn't anything inherently wrong with this ending – it's just not as fresh as the one hinted at. The action is great, stuff blowing up, blood flying everywhere, but i feel like it didn't show me anything knew fom other statham films such as crank and the transporter series.
