Two years of California sunshine to shrink state water supply

SANTA CLARA, California — After seven-hundred and thirty days of dry weather, California intends to severely reduce the amount of water it allocates at the district level. According to Santa Clara’s CBS 5, the state may decrease the quantity by as much as 85 to 90 percent.
