Wisconsin Passes Great Lakes Compact
MADISON, Wisconsin — Both houses of the Wisconsin Legislature overwhelmingly approved the Great Lakes Compact on May 15th, sending it to Governor Jim Doyle and putting pressure on the states that have not yet ratified it.
