SOUTH AFRICA — South Africa’s water situation may not be in crisis, but this did not mean that the nation could become complacent, water affairs minister Lindiwe Hendricks told parliament on Tuesday.

In a special statement to the National Assembly, she said the nation could rest assured that there was no water crisis “arising from poor planning”.
