The U.S. EPA is awarding $1.17 million in grants to Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska for wetland restoration and management. From river health to pesticide assessment, and wetland management in the face of climate change, the projects will span three years and give officials in each state improved data and recommendations for utilizing and protecting ecosystem health.
