US water utilities partner to study climate change effects


DENVER — Eight utilities across the United States – from New York to Southern California – have formed the Water Utility Climate Alliance (WUCA) to research the ways in which global warming will impact their operations. WUCA wants to improve climate-related information collection and maintenance, as well as ensure that water providers around the world have access to the data.
